Kisah Tentang Sebuah Buku Yang Tidak Ada Keraguan Tentang Isinya
Ini adalah sebuah buku (kitab) yang dengan jelas memberikan pernyataan tegas (clear statement).
Tidak ada keraguan di dalamnya, bagi orang yang bertakwa.
Buku (kitab) yang memberikan pernyataan bahwa setiap orang yang (mengaku) bertakwa tidak boleh sedikit pun ragu akan isinya.
Tentunya sebuah penyataan berbalik.
Apabila ada yang meragukannya, maka ia belum/tidak pada posisi bertakwa.
Apabila ada yang belum/tidak bertakwa, maka ia tidak mempunyai keharusan meyakini isi kandungannya.
A Story of a Book Which Contains No Doubt of Whatsoever
This is the Book (the Qur’an), whereof there is no doubt, a guidance to those who are the pious and righteous persons, who believe in the unseen and perform prayers and spend out charity of what we have provided for them, and who believe in the Book (the Qur’an) which has been revealed to you (Muhammad) and in and in other Books (Torah and Bibel) which were sent down before you and they believe with certainty in the Hereafter. They are on true guidance from their Lord, and they are the successful.

The Book certainly stated a clear and firm statement, that there is no doubt for the pious.
It means that any (person who declare) pious must not have any doubt concerning the contents of the Quran.
If the person, still has any doubt in the Quran, it means that s/he may not be a pious (yet).
Vice versa, if the person were not pious (yet), s/he has no obligation to believe in the Quran.
